1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and Karmic Wealth (“the app”, “we”, “us”, “our”) and govern your access to and use of the Karmic Wealth iPhone application and related services. By downloading, installing, or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Licence

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to download and use the app on Apple devices you own or control, for your own personal, non-commercial use, in accordance with Apple's Licensed Application End User Licence Agreement (EULA). You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of the app, except where such restriction is prohibited by law.

3. Eligibility

You must be able to form a binding contract to use the app, and you must use it in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws. The app is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children.

4. The service is not professional advice

Karmic Wealth provides affirmations, guided rituals, journaling, healing frequencies, goal tracking, and similar mindfulness features for personal-development purposes only. It does not provide financial, investment, legal, medical, or mental-health advice, and it is not a substitute for professional guidance. The frequency tones are offered as a calming, experiential feature and are not a medical treatment. We make no guarantee of any financial, health, or other outcome. You are solely responsible for decisions you make.

5. Subscriptions, billing & auto-renewal

Karmic Wealth may offer auto-renewable subscriptions and other in-app purchases. All purchases are processed by Apple through your Apple ID, and subscription management is handled by Apple's App Store. The following terms apply to any auto-renewable subscription:

• Price and billing. The subscription title, length, and price are shown on the purchase screen in the app before you confirm. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.

• Automatic renewal. Your subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

• Managing & cancelling. You can manage or cancel your subscription, or turn off auto-renewal, in your device's Settings under your Apple ID → Subscriptions, at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

• Free trials. If a free trial is offered, any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.

• Refunds. Purchases are handled by Apple, and refunds are subject to Apple's refund policies. We are generally unable to issue refunds directly.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the app, including by attempting to disrupt or compromise its security or functionality, using it for any unlawful purpose, or infringing the rights of others. You are responsible for the content you create within the app.

7. Your content

Content you create in the app — such as affirmations, journal entries, gratitude logs, manifestation evidence, vision board items, and goals — remains yours. As described in our Privacy Policy, this content is stored on your device and syncs only through your own private iCloud if you enable it. We do not access, share, or sell your content.

8. Intellectual property

The app, including its design, text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. Except for the licence granted above, these Terms do not transfer any rights to you.

9. Third-party services

The app relies on services provided by Apple (including the App Store and iCloud) and may use a third-party provider to manage subscription entitlements. Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.

10. Disclaimers

The app is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any result will be achieved.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of the app. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

12. Termination

You may stop using the app at any time and delete it from your device. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION PLACEHOLDER], without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, except where mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence apply.
